Shipping
General

All of our
shipping, both domestic and international, is by USPS (United States
Postal Service) Priority Mail. At this time we are charging a flat
$6.50 fee for all domestic orders. International shipping is
priority mail international and fees vary. Exact shipping costs will
be displayed at checkout.

Returns
General
We have no
problem with return of items because we want you to be happy with your
selection!! Although we try to be as accurate as
possible in our pictorial descriptions of our products, we do understand
that computer screens differ and the actual item’s color may vary in shades
from the computer screen color. We only ask you to
return the unwanted item to us in its original condition.
Specific

Email us (sales.veiledbydesign@gmail.com)
and ask for a return authorization number (RA#).
Please include order number in email for our reference.
Write RA# on return package, or enclose it inside package.

Item must
be returned in its original condition (unworn).

Upon
receipt of return, refund will be processed and sent out, either thru
paypal (if item was purchased thru paypal) or by refund check.

and handling charges are not refundable.
